Third-Party Testing for Product Quality and Safety

Testing Methods:

HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography):

  • Assesses purity and identifies components in most products.

  • Separates components based on their interaction with a column material.

  • Detects components by measuring light absorption and retention time.

ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry):

  • Detects heavy metals at very low concentrations.

  • Ionizes samples and separates ions based on mass-to-charge ratio.

  • Tests for arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and lead.

Microbiology Panel:

  • Evaluates microbial contamination in products derived from biological sources.

  • Tests for total aerobic bacteria, yeast, mold, E. coli, S. aureus, and Salmonella.

FTIR (Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy):

  • Identifies compounds and assesses purity in specific cases.

  • Measures how a sample absorbs light at different wavelengths.

Quality Assurance Process:

Process:

  • Every product batch undergoes independent lab testing.

  • All test results are reviewed for accuracy and completeness.

  • Raw materials must pass all relevant tests to be used in production.
